These specialty YRS parts are anodized and machined with a distinctive Yoshimura MagnasonianTM finish. This conspicuous bronze coloring, variegated surface machining, and Yoshimura branding let everyone know that you are serious about performance. Although developed this year on the GSX-R1000 motorcycles raced by Mat Mladin, Tommy Hayden, and Blake Young, these products will be available for most high performance sport bikes, like the CBR1000RR, GSX-R600, Yamaha R-1 and DR-Z400SM. Featured in this new line are the newly re-designed YRS Case Savers. Specially designed and reinforced to prevent costly crankcase damage in the event of a low-side crash. This kit provides a more linear suspension geometry rising rate, allowing for more adjustment to improve traction characteristics.
