Its with a saddened heart that I write this. Long-time Canadian road racer and my personal friend for years Steve Shreeve (Expert #469) passed away quietly in his sleep Saturday, July 11th while attending SOAR (Southern Ontario Association of Racing) round #3 events at Toronto Motorsports Park. His passing was not accident related. Steve was 47 years old and in the past he has raced with RACE, SOAR, Parts Canada SBK, Moto-ST, CCS, WERA and VRRA. He is survived by his children Kristen (20) and Brandon (22), as well as his mom and brother. He was a good soul who left too early and is sadly missed already. His services are listed below: Viewings Thursday 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at: McEachnie Funeral Home 28 Old Kingston Rd. Ajax, Ontario, Canada Services Friday 11:00 a.m. Westney Heights Baptist Church 1201 Ravenscroft Rd. Ajax, Ontario, Canada Ken McAdam SOAR Director Toronto, Ontario, Canada
