FIRST PERSON/OPINION: Via e-mail: Brothers and Sisters, It was a beautiful Sunday morning at Summit Point Raceway. During the second WERA practice session this morning, an accident took the life of one of our racing school graduates, Chad Sisler, 30, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va. He leaves behind his new wife, Shiloh, who was with him at the track. Al Wilcox and I had pleasant conversation with both of them as they left Registration one hour before the accident. Our sincere condolences go out to the family and friends and all who were at Summit Point today. I have included two photos–one with Chad at the start of our mock race on the gray bike with red and white Alpine Star leathers and one of the happy racing school crew with Chad in Winner’s Circle on September 4, 2008. Godspeed Chad. Rest in Peace. And God bless the family. Roger Lyle Read more about the accident that claimed Sisler’s life here: ~http://www.dailymail.com/ap/ApTopStories/200906080140~
