FIRST PERSON/OPINION Via e-mail: I completed a three day school at Miller on Sept. 8,9,10 of 2008 and then made a reservation for another Freddie school at Las Vegas for October 2008. I lost some money in that because they sent me an e-mail saying that the class had been dropped due to “bad economy”. I was surprised. One of your articles states that one student lost some money for a September 22 class at Miller and did not get his money back from cancellation of his class. The Spencer school was accepting reservations in October 2008. Do you know as to why they would accept reservation in October 2008 when another student got his notice in September 2008? There is no answer to the phone calls or e-mails. You can post this information. Best, Mayank K. Kothari, M.D. Urbandale, Iowa
