The 2008 edition will be organised by the MV Agusta International Motoclub in collaboration with MV Agusta Motor S.p.A. and supported by the Province of Varese and the municipality of Samarate, and will be dedicated to Team Gimotorsports that for the past years has run MV Agusta motorcycles on track. The 15th revival will open it’s hospitality area on Saturday morning and at 12:00 o’clock visitors will be able to have lunch at the Drive Beer Hospitality Village. Saturday afternoon will be dedicated to tours open to all classic and contemporary MV Agusta’s. The trip will start at 2pm from Cascina Costa and will include some of the most striking and suggestive areas of the Province of Varese. Saturday evening will be dedicated to all foreign participants with a special dinner in their honour to be held at the Drive Beer Hospitality Village, open to all registered participants. Sunday morning the Agusta parking lot will host the display of dozens of MV Agusta motorcycles past and present, brought to Cascina Costa by enthusiasts from all over the world, from old competition models to today’s new F4 and Brutale. An area of the parking lot will also be dedicated to Magni owners. MV Agusta merchandising and apparel will also be on display at the “MV Agusta Village” where the new 2008 Brutale and F4 can be viewed. An important addition to the MV Agusta Village will be the presence of the race teams that participate in the Superstock World Cup and the Italian Superbike Championship. Their F4s will lap the Cascina Costa city circuit at 2:30pm, where present-day riders such as Luca Scassa, Maurizio Pratichizzo and Ilario Dionisi will go on parade with passed glories such as Carlo Ubbiali and Gianfranco Bonera who will ride roaring 3, 4 and 6 cylinder MV Agusta’s of the past. The celebrations will end at around 6pm with the formal acknowledgment of the teams and riders present.
