Kenny Noyes (Motorrad Suzuki) Fifth On a hot 95 degree day in Southern Spain, Carmelo Morales and team mate Javier del Amor took the first two places in the third round of the Spanish 1000cc FX Championship. Motorrad Suzuki’s Kenny Noyes looked set to take third when he suffered arm pump and gradually dropped back to finish fifth, moving up from eighth to fifth in the points table. Kenny has been suffering from compartment syndrome since the pre-season and will be operated by Dr. Xavier Mir in the next few days in order to clear up the problem. “I have the surgery scheduled for this week so that I will have plenty of time to recover before the 24 Hours of Catalunya on July 6. We had a bike for third today. I was holding off Cardoso until the arm pumped up, but those Laglisse Yamahas were out of our reach. We will have to find something extra for the rest of the season,” said Noyes. Noyes´ team mate, Sergio Fuertes, now completely recovered from his World Superbike crash at Valencia, was a promising seventh.
