More Staff Changes For Ducati North America

DUCATI NORTH AMERICA HIRES NEW MARKETING CHIEF Cupertino, Ca (15 May 2008) – Ducati North America is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Head of Marketing at its Cupertino, California headquarters. As part of the ongoing growth in Ducati’s business, DNA is strengthening its management staff and this is the second recent addition to the senior management team; with Andy Williams recently taking over the position of CFO for the brand. Jim Viola will re-join the company he once worked for on June, 2nd, bringing with him a wealth of experience gained since he left Ducati in 2002, when he was Marketing and Events Manager. Jim has broad expertise in sales and marketing within a variety of organizations including private and public corporations, local government, and charitable institutions. Jim’s fifteen plus years of experience in the consumer products industry in B2B and B2C environments includes logistics management, marketing and promotional activities, multimillion-dollar budget responsibility, product placement, creating consumer and press events, public speaking, generating sponsorships and market analysis. He joins Ducati after most recently working for three years at Premier Event Management, based in New Jersey. “We are delighted to have Jim rejoin the Ducati family.” Says Michael Lock, CEO of DNA. “His experience as a project manager and his passion for Ducati form the combination that we have been looking for; I’m sure he will be a great asset to the team.”
