Sadowski Brothers Second And Third In 600 Sport Production Qualifying At First Round Of New Zealand Championship Series

Californians Matt and Davie Sadowski qualified second and third in the 600 Sport Production class on Saturday of the opening round of the New Zealand Superbike Championships at Ruapuna Park Raceway near Christchurch, New Zealand on Saturday. Matt Sadowski qualified second with a 1:35.025 and Davie Sadowski qualified third with a 1:35.106. Dennis Charlett is on pole with a 1:34.325. The Sadowski brothers, who are riding YZF-R6 Yamahas prepared by Brian Bernard’s Bernard Racing, are the sons of former racer and television commentator David Sadowski.
