Cincinnati, OH (8 November, 2007) 1098-Forum.com is raising $1098 this Holiday Season in order to help fund a volunteer effort which provides toys to children in need. Toy-Time, located in Mansfield, OH, is an all volunteer organization which spends each year collecting and refurbishing used toys in order to distribute them to over 2000 needy children in their area. This past August Mansfield, OH was hit with a massive flood, essentially wiping out 8 months worth of Toy-Time’s efforts. Over 12 dumpster loads of toys had to be hauled off to the trash. 1098-Forum.com has taken on the task of helping to provide a financial boost which will help Toy-Time get back on track for the 2007 Holiday Season. 100% of the donations collected on 1098-Forum.com will go to Toy-Time. Forum Administrator, Phil Spence, commented on the Charity Drive: “I really wanted to get our organization out from beyond the keyboard, in order to give something back to the community. Many of us are fortunate enough to own nice motorcycles and other toys, but we need to realize that there children out there who aren’t as fortunate. That is the concept behind the Charity Drive.”
