UPDATE ON AMA RACING’S MORGAN BROADHEAD AMA Road Racing Manager Morgan Broadhead remains hospitalized in critical, yet stable condition at Shands at the University of Florida, in Gainesville, Florida. Broadhead was injured Friday, September 28 while practicing for the WERA/AMA National Challenge Series at Jennings GP in Jennings, Florida. According to a family spokesperson, there has been little change since Broadhead was admitted to the hospital. Broadhead remains in an induced coma due to a serious head injury and has also suffered a broken left forearm and broken left wrist. Broadhead’s family appreciates the outpouring of support that he has received and has requested that well-wishers continue to send cards, letters and photos. Broadhead cannot receive flowers, balloons or packages.
