Vesrah Suzuki’s Tray Batey, John Jacobi and Chris Ulrich won a red-flag shortened WERA National Endurance Series 6-Hour Saturday at Grattan Raceway Park in Belding, Michigan. Riding a Suzuki GSX-R1000 on Pirelli tires, the trio finished six laps ahead of second-place overall Team Westby, with third-overall Suzuki Rider Development 2.007 seconds behind Team Westby. Dane Westby and Dustin Meador rode Team Westby’s Kawasaki ZX-6R on Michelin tires; Meador caused the red flag that ended the race 40 minutes early when he tucked the front, crashed and slid into Milnec Media’s Greg White, who also crashed. Suzuki Rider Development’s GSX-R600 was ridden by Russell Wikle, Reuben Frankenfield and Mark Junge. The team used Pirelli tires. 5150 overcame a slow start to finish fifth overall and first in Heavyweight Superstock on a Dunlop shod Mv Agusta F4 312 R. Bad Rad Racing II took the win in Lightweight Superbike, finishing 13th overall with 156 laps. Overall Results 1.
