Mast Farm Inn has been welcoming guests since the 1800s. While there have been extensive historically accurate renovations and improvements, the hospitality remains rural mountain, traditional, attentive and sincere. The Mast Farm Inn is in a serene rural valley surrounded by mountains, rivers and streams, only minutes from Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, Beech Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Linville, Boone, Grandfather Mountain, and The Blue Ridge Parkway. Under continuous renovation, restoration and enhancements, Mast Farm Inn was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1972, as “one of the most complete and best preserved groups of nineteenth century farm buildings in western North Carolina.” A result of these inspired restorations and excellent care, Mast Farm Inn operates today, providing delicious meals and comfortable period lodging as it did a hundred years ago in a beautiful setting.
