Columbus, Ohio – Larry Pegram, of the LeoVince Pegram Racing Ducati Team, will be racing the Detroit Supermoto (www.detroitsupermoto.com) at Waterford Hills Road Course on Sunday, July 8, 2007. He will be riding in the Supermoto class on a Husqvarna SMR450 provided by the LA Fuel GP Husqvarna team (www.gphusqvarna.com). “I have had two weekends off from racing and want to stay busy. I always like to race Supermoto. The Detroit Supermoto looks like it is going to be a good event, plus it is pretty close to where I live. I appreciate that Paul Lima, manager of the LA Fuel GP Husqvarna team, was nice enough to offer me a bike on late notice,” commented Larry. Paul Lima added, “We are happy to have Larry onboard for the weekend. He will be riding the same bike that led the race in St. Louis, so he should do well.”
