Motorcycles at Moroso on Monday Memorial Day The Championship Cup Series of Florida will be at Moroso Motorsports Park this Memorial Day weekend (Sunday and Monday). This event will be paying manufacturer contingency cash to eligible riders on Buell, Ducati and Yamaha motorcycles. Sunday schedule: gates open at 8:00am, practice and time trials 8:30am-4:30pm. Monday schedule: Gates open 7:00am, 39 classes will compete in 19 races. The main event will be the Unlimited GP “Shoot-Out”, which feature motorcycles of unlimited displacement running “un-muffled GP style” exhaust systems. More, from another press release issued by CCS Florida: We have canceled the July 28-29 and August 25-26 races at Moroso and moved the October 6-7 race from Moroso to Jennings. We also will have a Florida/Southeast/Mid-Atlantic round added to the schedule at Roebling Road on June 9-10. This was all done due to proposed construction at Moroso.
