SUPERBIKE ON BOARD WITH MASCALZONE LATINO CAPITALIA TEAM The partnership between Superbike World Championship and Mascalzone Latino Capitalia Team, the Italian entry in the Luis Vuitton Americas Cup has been renewed for 2007. At press conference on Thursday 12 April, this weekend’s fourth Round of Superbike World Championship at Ricardo Tormo circuit was presented at the Valencia base of Mascalzone Latino Capitalia Team. The press conference was attended by Vincenzo Onorato, President of Mascalzone Latino Capitalia Team, Paolo Ciabatti, SBK Project Leader and David Serra, Minister of Sport for the Community of Valencia. Also in attendance were World Superbike stars Max Biaggi, Lorenzo Lanzi, Noriyuki Haga, Fonsi Nieto and Ruben Xaus. Following the press conference the riders went on board the team’s boat, Ita 99, accompanied by its skipper Vasco Vascotto and his crew for group photograph.
