Team BMW XPLOR.com will be spearheading the 2007 season with rider Nate Kern at the controls of the BMW R1200S motorcycle. Select rounds of CCS will also see Kern onboard the K1200R Power Cup bike from Europe. With consecutive # 1 plates in 2005 – 2006, in the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast CCS regions racing his Pirelli shod BMW’s, Nate is looking forward to even more of a challenge. “I would like to prove that you cannot judge a book by it’s cover more than I already have”, remarks Kern. The development continues with the new R1200 Boxer motor. BMW Motorcycles of Atlanta is leading the charge with their mechanical and technical expertise on Kern’s machines. Kern plans to race more 600 classes and do a couple of WERA Natl. rounds on top of his ASRA Pro Thunderbike and Moto ST schedule. Throughout the 2007 season Kern will compete in the ASRA Pro Thunderbike series. With multiple BMW dealerships coming on board to maximize their exposure in their respective regions, Morton’s BMW of Fredericksburg, Va., BMW Motorcycles of Las Vegas, and Milwaukee BMW motorcycles, will all have a piece of the success in 2007!
