Z1 Racing is happy to announce that Andrew Nelson will once again race Yamahas for the Toronto based team. Nelson will compete in both 600 Sport Bike and the premiere Superbike class on Yamaha’s latest R1 and R6 sportbikes. “I am really happy to be working with Andrew again, he showed a lot of speed and consistency last year, however the podium eluded us. We are raising the bar in 2007 and hope to stand on top of the podium,” said team owner Zaid Saleemi. Z1 racing will start the season with competition south of the border in early March.
