The 2006 CMRA Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday, November 11th at the River Ranch in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. Each year, CMRA holds a silent auction at the banquet. Banquet guests bid on donated products and services, and the highest bidder takes home the prize. All proceeds from the auction go to the CMRA Safety Fund, which helps pay for Airfence and other safety-related equipment for CMRA race events. CMRA would like to ask your company for a donation to the silent auction. The donation can be in the form of product, apparel, service or memorabilia. Also feel free to send along a company banner and it will be displayed along with your donated items. Please send your donated items to the address shown below no later than Tuesday, November 7th, 2006. That will let us determine how many tables we’ll need for the silent auction items. Thanks in advance for your contribution, which is tax deductible. CMRA 7503 Chapel Avenue Fort Worth, TX 76116 Phone – (817) 244-8552 Fax – (817) 377-1655 E-Mail – [email protected]
