Tommy Thompson, formally of Bantam Racing, announces the formation of “Outside the Wire Racing” or OTW. OTW Racing is a Maryland based team comprised of military personnel and civilian contractors currently serving in Iraq. OTW Racing will compete in the Mid-Atlantic and South Eastern Regions with WERA, and ASRA Thunderbike starting in May 2006.
