Scuderia SC Caracchi Ducati Schedules Two More Tests

Looking at the next start of World Superbike Championship at the end of February, the Scuderia SC Caracchi scheduled new tests in the next days in Spain. That will be also the debut occasion for Roberto Rolfo on the new Ducati 999F05; Rolfo started in the previous test session at Valencia at the beginning of January on a standard Ducati 999RS. Roberto will debut on the new bike at Cartagena circuit next Saturday 4th and will go on in a two-day test on Valencia circuit, where is scheduled the third round of 2006 WSBK Championship. “I’m quite happy to start testing the new bike.” said Roberto Rolfo “I’m waiting to seat on my saddle and work at my best for setting my new Ducati. After my first, positive, test at Valencia I visited the racing workshop of the team and with my engineers we tried to schedule at the best this three-day test session. It will be very important to know us each other and to work with method, looking at the debut round next February 25 at Losail circuit in Qatar, a very demanding track, first of all for the high temperature!” To the Spanish test session will be present also the Ducatis 749R Supersport of the Bononio based team to set at the best the 2006 challenge against the Japanese multicylinder.
