FIRST PERSON/OPINION Via e-mail: I was surfing the net and noticed a few postings regarding recent fraudulent activities. I have recently been defrauded via a sale from Milano, Italy. Yes, it was too good to be true and looks very similar to the other stories being posted by other readers. I lost $4400 USD in my transaction but the risk was worth it to me since it was for a 2005 CBR600F4i…that’s where I messed up. What caught my attention was a posting which listed CycleTrader as an advertisement source. That’s where I found this bike! I emailed CycleTrader and asked if they just accepted money for any ad or actually did any research. They thanked me for helping the policing of their site and asked me to have a nice day. Oh well, I guess I can’t make any more deals via the www. I’m glad to see someone posting these “heads-up” types of stories…thanks! Kenneth D. Myers Atlanta, Georgia
