(July 1, 2005) – Tens of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts will converge onto Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca for next week’s Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix, July 8-10 in Monterey, Calif. While some will travel by air, many will hit the road via motorcycle or automobile. To help keep those who travel by land fueled on their way to Monterey, Red Bull has organized the “Rallye,” a collection of over 20 Red Bull Energy Stops across the country for MotoGP enthusiasts to visit en route to the world famous, 11-turn, 2.238-mile circuit. With Rallye stops located as far east as Oberlin, Penn., as far south as Odessa, Fla. and as far north as Portland, Ore., travelers can get off the asphalt, grab a cold Red Bull, and swap riding stories before hitting the road again. Visit the Rallye section at www.redbullusgrandprix.com for more information, including an interactive map of the U.S. that highlights Rallye locations, addresses, directions, GPS coordinates, dates and times of operation. The 2005 Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix marks the return of the MotoGP World Championship to the United States for the first time since 1994.
