Former racer, race promoter and congressman Wes Cooley has been found guilty of fraud and ordered to pay millions in restitution, according to news reports.

Cooley is the father of two-time AMA Superbike Champion Wes Cooley, who last October was inducted into the Motorcycle Hall of Fame located at AMA headquarters in Pickerington, Ohio.
