Free practice sessions for WSMC riders at Willow Springs drew nine riders on Saturday and 37 on Sunday, for a total of 46 on the weekend.

Willow Springs owner Bill Huth held the free practice days December 26-30 as a thank-you to members of WSMC, the track’s own racing organization.

Saturday participation was held down by cold and rainy weather in Southern California.
