A Preview Of This Coming Weekend’s 44th Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix

IGT SORRYMATE.COM CONFIDENT AT MACAU GRAND PRIX DEBUT The IGT Sorrymate.com superbike team are in China to take part in the Macau Grand Prix for the first time. The team, run by Robin Croft’s SMT Sorrymate.com British Superbike team, are in a confident mood as they prepare for the iconic 6.9km Guia street circuit for the first time. Previous Macau GP winner and TT legend John McGuinness will ride the SMT Honda 1000cc superbike and for the Macau event, established SMT sponsors Sorrymate.com are joined by IGT – International Game Technology – the foremost manufacturer of casino gaming machines in the world. John McGuinness: “The team are a really great bunch of guys and the bike is well sorted after a good season in BSB. I’m expecting the bike to go well here in Macau and can’t wait to get out there to show what it can do!” Alec Tague, Crew Chief: “We’ve worked hard to set the bike up to John’s liking and for the unique demands of the Macau Guia circuit. We’re really pleased that John was immediately comfortable with the bike after the first test.
