I’m writing to say thanks for the info you folks have published over the last year or more on the Moriwaki Honda MD250H.

I’m also writing for information as to how one goes about obtaining an example.

Unfortunately, the press release by Honda isn’t accurate. The average guy cannot walk into his local dealership, plunk down a deposit, and expect to take delivery of an MD250H – or at least I cant. I found out from my local dealership that Honda first requires the dealer to go through some kind of ‘process’ before they can sell these bikes. This dealer told me the margins are too tight for them to bother with it.

So I went to the Honda website to find the bike. Nothing there. Then I looked for a list of dealers that are approved to sell the MD250H. Again, zip. I called American Honda and hung up after 24 minutes on hold.

Then I thought, RoadracingWorld managed to get their hands on one – I’ll call them! Here I’ll say thanks very much to the nice person who took my call at RRW. She said she couldnt help with my dealer search, but suggested I write to the editor.

Any tips or info would be much appreciated.
