Abraham skips race in Silverstone Karel Abraham will not take part of Grand Prix of Great Britain in Silverstone circuit. The rider has decided to skip the race to recover from his injury that suffered in Indianapolis two weeks ago. Karel Abraham returns for the race in Misano in the middle of September. Karel Abraham “If I have took part of the race weekend in Silverstone I would be limited by the injury and I should make longer total recovery. Therefore, after the consultation with doctors, we have decided to skip the race to let the shoulder in rest for another week and than I could fully return to the training. I’m so sorry that I miss this race, because I like this circuit and I have achieved one of the best results here. I will skip it for second time due to injury. We cannot think about good final result in this season, but there are still many races remaining in which I can achieve good result and improve my maximum of this season. One of these races can be Misano. Thus I need to be hundred percent fit.”
