AHRMA: 500cc Grand Prix Bikes Racing At Laguna Seca

Bridgestone, 4SR USA and Markbilt Racebikes Sponsor Open Two Stroke Class Featuring MotoGP™ Bikes at AHRMA Classic MotoFest™ of Monterey July 14-16

Monterey, CA – The sound and aroma of classic MotoGP bikes are back at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.

Ralph Staropoli will race a 1992 ROC YZR500 and Dave Frick will race a 1992 Harris YZR500. Adrian Jasso will add even more exotic flair on his Suter MMX 500.

They will all be competing in the American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association (AHRMA) Open Two Stroke race which is part of the AHRMA Classic MotoFest of Monterey July 15th and 16th.

All racers in the Open Two Stroke class will compete for a cash purse provided by a group of individual AHRMA racers.  Additional support from 4SR USA and Markbilt Racebikes has increased the purse to $4,500.

Bridgestone Motorcycles Tires will provide a set of race tires to the winners of each of these following tiers within Saturday’s Open Two Stroke race: 125cc, 250cc, and more than 250cc.
