The American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association (AHRMA) will be racing at Miller Motorsports Park this weekend (Sept. 15-17) and at the Bonneville Salt Flats Thursday, Sept.14. The Utah Salt Flats Racing Association has invited AHRMA members to take a shot at setting speed records during their Sept. 14 event. AHRMA’s class structure will be used for the event. Followed by a Friday practice day, AHRMA roadracing will then get underway on the 2.24-mile-long East Track at Miller Motorsports Park during the inaugural Bonneville Vintage GP. Miller Motorsports is a first-class facility that has received top reviews from racers and spectators alike. The track will host the 14th and 15th rounds of the 2006 Works Performance Historic Cup Series. In addition to vintage racing, AHRMA has classes for modern singles, twins and 2-stroke motorcycles and the spec-class Triumph Thruxton Cup.
