Al Ludington is on vacation from his AMA Pro Racing technical duties, instead working as Jason DiSalvo’s Crew Chief during pre-race testing at Indianapolis Motor Speedway today and tomorrow. American Honda has rented the track from 9:00 to 5:00 Thursday and Friday for testing with Roger Lee Hayden on his Moriwaki Moto2 racebike but declined to share so DiSalvo could test on his GPTech FTR racebike and so Kenny Noyes could learn the track on a streetbike. Fortunately for DiSalvo and Noyes, the Speedway is making 90 minutes of extra track time available to them at the end of each day, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30.
