Alex Gobert’s Road Race Performance Academy will hold its first school of the year at the Oran Park Grand Prix Circuit in New South Wales on 2 February, set to introduce the program’s new 2009 structure for the first time. RRPA announced in December that it will now feature Level 1 and Level 2 classes as the full program courses, while a cheaper Development Group option now allows racers or experienced track day riders to come and hone their skills with vital track time. The Oran Park event will be run in just under four weeks time, and entries are beginning to filter through rapidly as the New Year settles. Positions are still available. Entry forms for the remaining dates on the calendar will be uploaded to www.rrpa.com.au this month, with RRPA set to visit Tasmania and South Australia in March as it begins its exclusive national coaching program. ALEX GOBERT: “It’s exciting to get the New Year underway and we look forward to continue to build on the momentum that we gained last year in RRPA’s inaugural year. Oran Park is one of my favourite circuits and one that I know well, so it’s always a great event that sees participants pick up many new skills.”
