Althea Racing welcomes Dr. Valerio Lattanzio in its structure who will cover the position of “sponsor manager.” With Valerio Lattanzio the team is enhanced by an element of great experience. His great ability at a national and international level in the relationship with sponsors and marketing, aimed at the collaboration and development of brands, will certainly allow Althea Racing to look more optimistically to the future for new synergies and for the growth of its assets. Althea Racing, a structure that has at its credit the victory of the 2011 Superbike World Championship (Carlos Checa) and the victory in the SuperStock World Cup (Davide Giugliano) as well as two brands world titles, will therefore have in its structure a “specific sector” which will give the opportunity to new partners and sponsors to expand and promote their brand through visibility and marketing promotions carried out by this figure of prestige. Genesio Bevilacqua, General manager: “I am happy and proud to welcome Valerio in my Team. With him at my side I’m sure that we can give a greater incentive to the team towards important future goals. Today, in such a difficult international context for our sport, I reckon that such an important figure, that can devote his experience to the team, will certainly produce great benefits. On behalf of myself and of all the Althea staff I would like to wish the best of success to Valerio Lattanzio.” Valerio Lattanzio: “It is an honour for me to be part and work for this team, one of the biggest teams of reference in the Italian and worldwide motor sport field. “I thank the general manager Genesio Bevilacqua for this great opportunity and for the confidence given me, I’m sure we will make a good job together. I would like to focus on the acquisition of high-caliber sponsors at an international and institutional level, in order to combine the Italian brand that we represent with leading companies in the sectors in which they operate. “The goal is to export around the world Italian brands such as Aprilia and Althea Racing that represent the excellence of our country”.
