CZAIA & GALLAGHER’S TEAMHURTBYACCIDENT.COM INKS SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT WITH ROARING TOYZ Bradenton, Fla — Well-known personal injury and accident attorneys Czaia & Gallagher are pleased to announce that they have inked an associate sponsorship agreement with Roaring Toyz of Sarasota, Fla. to sponsor their TeamHurtByAccident.com for the remainder of the 2009 AMA Pro Road Racing Series. “We are definitely pleased to have Roaring Toyz on board,” says team owner C.J. Czaia. “Our association with president Robert Fisher goes back a long time. Not only are we good friends, but we have raced together for a number of years. He is a strong competitor and an excellent businessman. Since its inception Roaring Toyz has carved an enviable reputation in the world of custom sportbikes and sportbike components. Fisher is known not just for his pioneering and innovation, but also for his outstanding design ability, attention to detail and firm commitment to be the best. His business savvy and aggressive, up-beat marketing fit right in with our racing program and his association with our team is extremely beneficial to us.” Fielding three bikes in this year’s AMA SunTrust MOTO-ST Series; one in the GT-1 class and two in GT-2, TeamHurtByAccident.com, formerly RightsForBikers.com, is looking to take this year’s championship. “We have been involved with this series since its inception in 2006,” continues Czaia. “In fact, the very first event was the 8 Hours At Daytona and Robert Fisher was part of our team. He and his teammate certainly did us proud taking top honors in their class. This year, we are looking for the title.” “I am very pleased to be part of Czaia & Gallagher TeamHurtByAccident.com,” says Fisher. “They are a top team, extremely professional and dedicated to winning. In short, our association is a good fit and one that I am sure will be extremely beneficial to both of us.” Headquartered in Bradenton, Fla., with offices in many Florida cities, Czaia & Gallagher P.A. is one of the larger personal injury and accident law firms in the state of Florida. Extremely involved in community activities, they are dedicated to supporting numerous causes including the March of Dimes Bikers for Babies, Family Health Centers, Herocare, Healthy Start and AFCAAM to name just a few. In addition, they are strong supporters of Biker Nights held around the state. Utilizing both their racing program and appearances at Biker Nights one of Czaia & Gallagher’s goals is to educate Florida motorcycle riders of their rights. More, from another press release issued by Penny Nicolai, on behalf of Team Hurtbyaccident.com: CZAIA & GALLAGHER’S TEAMHURTBYACCIDENT.COM SET TO TAKE ROAD AMERICA BY STORM Bradenton, Fla — Ready to take Road America by storm, Czaia & Gallagher’s TeamHurtByAccident.com is off to Elkhart Lake, Wis., for Round 6 of the AMA Pro Road Racing Series, June 5-7. Running in both the SuperSport Series and the SunTrust MOTO-GT Series, TeamHurtByAccident.com will showcase the talents of former Venezuelan 600cc who will be doing double duty. Running with fellow Venezuelan Rodolfo Ramirez, this top-tanked duo are currently tied for the lead in MOTO-GT-1. “We plan to change that this weekend,” echo both Ferrer and Ramirez, who pilot the team’s Number 69 Suzuki GSX-R600. “We want that Number One spot and fully intend to get it this time out. We took the Checkered at Road Atlanta and a second at Barber last month, now we want another first place.” Flying the Czaia & Gallagher colors in MOTO-GT-2 are the father and son team of Filice and Filice aboard the Number 64 Ducati PS1000LE and the team of John Linder and Robert Fisher piloting the Number 59 Ducati PS1000LE. “Road America last year was my very first road race win,” says Justin Filice, who took the class win for Czaia & Gallaher. “My dad was racing for a different team and also took the win for his class so it was pretty awesome. However, taking the victory together would really be spectacular and that’s what we are looking to do.” “Racing with my son is the best,” adds Jimmy Filice, who now lives with Justin in Daytona Beach, Fla. “Our win at Barber moved the team into third place in GT-2. We are just three points out of second and 23 points out of first. With six rounds left to go in this year’s series, there is no doubt that we can move into first place.” Equally as determined to win are John Linder and Robert Fisher. “We are ready to turn it up a notch,” says Linder, who hails from Tampa, Fla. “We had some mechanical problems earlier this season, but I think we have everything sorted out and we should definitely be good to go.” “I’m ready to go,” adds Sarasota resident Robert Fisher. “I have been training a lot over the past month and am set for some action. Road America is one of my favorite tracks and I think we can do well there.” “Everything is in place,” sums up team owner C.J. Czaia. “I can definitely proud of our entire team and they just keep getting better and better. We’re in the championship mode and plan to keep it that way.”
