ENTRY FORMS AVAILABLE: 2013 Daytona 200 To: GEICO Motorcycle AMA Pro Road Racing Community From: AMA Pro Member Services Date: January 7, 2013 Subject: ENTRY FORMS AVAILABLE: 2013 Daytona 200 The Daytona 200 entry forms for all GEICO Motorcycle AMA Pro Road Racing classes are now available on the Competitor Information section of AMAProRacing.com. All competitors and entrants should be reminded that early, discounted entries for the event at Daytona International Speedway close on Monday, February 18th, 2013. Late entries must be received by Monday, February 25, 2013. The SuperSport race at Daytona will be a combined East and West points paying event. All classes are pre-entry ONLY. There will be NO Post Entry available for any classes. If you are under the age of 18 and are an AMA Pro licensed rider, entrant or season credential holder planning on attending or participating in the Daytona event in March, you will need to complete and return the attached DIS Minor Release form to AMA Pro Racing prior to your arrival. Please remember to complete both sides in full and you may have anyone other than a family member sign as a witness on the form. If you will be picking up your credential at registration during the event and your parent(s) will be accompanying you to this event, then you may complete the form at registration once you arrive. Please remember that credentials will not be released and you will not be allowed to participate in any on track activities until this form has been completed and submitted.
