AMA Pro Racing officials are unofficially informing team managers that they should start making preparations–including making hotel reservations–in anticipation of an announcement that 2010 AMA Pro Road Racing Championship races will run during the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix weekend, July 23-25 at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. One month ago AMA Pro Racing announced its nine-round 2010 road racing schedule. That announcement included the phrase, “Negotiations are ongoing for a 10th race.”
