While West is fifth in the overall championship, he’s turned in three podium finishes this season and is clearly determined to return for more. Two rounds remain for the series’ SuperBike and Daytona SportBike riders, making it now-or-never time for riders hoping to collect a $5,000 “Go the Distance” check at the season-ending awards banquet.
