Engine Control System i. Homologated engine control unit (ECU), must be as homologated and inner software can be changed for the purposes of controlling spark and fuel only. ii. Approved “piggyback” engine controllers may be used with their functions limited to spark and fuel table control only. No traction control functionality may be enabled at any time. iii. Kit ECUs appearing on the Approved Equipment List may be used. iv. Data acquisition systems are allowed. They should be “stand alone” and receive no inputs from the ECU. Riders that are currently using the Bazzaz Performance Z-Fi TC may continue to do so. It has been removed from the SuperSport Eligible Equipment List. Both traction control maps must be zeroed at all times. Any rider found having traction control settings enabled will be penalized.
