AMA Pro SuperSport Rider Eric Stump Gets Sponsorship For CCS/ASRA Events

Millville, NJ. Innovative Motorcycle Research (IMR) the East Coast Distributor for Pirelli motorcycle race tires is sponsoring Eric Stump of Eric Stump Racing, for the 2011 race season. Richard Cronrath, owner of IMR is very pleased to be sponsoring Eric in the Championship Cup Series (CCS) and American Sportbike Racing Association (ASRA). “He is a very talented and thoughtful young rider both on and off the track,” Cronrath said. “Eric’s dad Scott is dedicated to the success of Eric Stump Racing and we look forward to working with this father-son team. We are thrilled to have such a great racer to work with as we test the 25 new racing tires available from Pirelli this year.” Eric will kick off his season on Pirelli race tires this weekend, May 13th-15th at the CCS race taking place at New Jersey Motorsports Park, in Millville NJ. And he will be sponsored for the remaining 3 CCS races at NJMP, July 15th-17th, August 12th-14th, and September 8th-11th. “I love the new tire (the 180/60)”, said Eric after his first tire test at NJMP. IMR will be bringing over 500 Pirelli tires to showcase this weekend at the CCS NJMP kick-off. “Our hope is that the weather continues to be favorable so that everyone will enjoy great racing on the track. We are very excited about the response from testing our new World Supersport Diablo Supercorsa 180/60 here in the USA and about Pirelli’s lower pricing this season.
