American Honda’s Ray Blank To Retire

American Honda’s Ray Blank, who ran the Motorcycle Division and has worked for the company for nearly 30 years, is retiring Oct. 1st. Blank sent an email to industry associates today announcing the change. In the email, Blank said, “I’ve had a great run and I’ve immensely enjoyed almost every moment of it. Bob Gurga, who many of you know well, will take my place. Please give him all the support you have given me over these many years.” Among his other responsibilities, Blank oversaw American Honda’s racing efforts. More to follow.
