Roadracing World correspondent Dennis Noyes, a former racer and the father of current racer Kenny Noyes, has authored an interesting analysis of the proposed spec tire rule for MotoGP. Dorna is also interested in the commercial rights for the AMA Superbike Championship, and if it is successful in bidding for those rights, expect spec tires to be used in the AMA series as early as 2009.
