MILLVILLE, N.J. The American Historic Motorcycle Racing Association returns to NJMP July 10-12 for the 3rd Annual AHRMA Vintage Motorcycle Festival presented by Flying Fish Brewing Company featuring The South Jersey Wine Festival presented by the South Jersey Tourism Corporation. The American Historic Motorcycle Racing Association, AHRMA, will bring North America’s largest tour of vintage and modern alternative racing motorcycles to Thunderbolt Raceway. The AHRMA riders will put on an impressive show with 447 entries registered to race in various classes throughout the weekend.Vintage motorcycle enthusiasts will get two full days of action packed racing excitement.

AHRMA, which traces its roots to the late 1970’s, offers vintage national and regional road racing, motocross, dirt track, observed trials and cross-country competition. The vintage machines featured in the association’s events span a full 50 years, from the 1920s to the early 90s. AHRMA Road Racing also features “modern” alternative classes for single, twin, and three-cylinder machines. A highlight of the event is a “swap meet” which will feature a 60,000 square area of parts, bikes, merchandise and collectables.Sixty vendors are currently registered to participate.

“This event is growing every year, AHRMA first came to NJMP in 2012 and each year we are building on the festival aspect of it. The list of wineries is very impressive and our fans will not be disappointed with the caliber of food trucks that are scheduled to participate” says NJMP General Manager and COO Brad Scott. “Swap meets, bike shows, auctions, wine tasting, food trucks, vendors and live music, all in addition to the racing; there is something for two-wheel fans of all ages”.

New Jersey wineries have increased in numbers and popularity in past years and are turning out excellent wines that are pleasing to the palate of even the most discerning connoisseur. The list of wineries that will be attending are DiMatteo Vineyards, Valenzano Winery, Chestnut Run Farm, Coda Rossa Winery, Wagonhouse Winery, Plagido’s Winery, Sharrott Winery, Villari Vineyards and Cedarvale Winery. As an added attraction to the festival organizer Kathy Bullock of GPS Inc. has assembled an impressive lineup of food trucks to make sure fans have plenty of tasty food to select from as they sample the different wines. Participating food trucks include Carolina Blue, El Leche de Negron, Mexi-Flip Taco and Star of the Sea who will be filling the paddock with the aroma of their specialties.
