Another Canadian Rider Gets Invitation To Try Out For 2009 Red Bull AMA U.S. Rookies Cup

Canadian National 600 Amateur Champion Selected for Red Bull Rookie Tryouts

It is with great pride team owner Gary Christie of Roz-GarRacing is able to announce the acceptance of their championship winning rider Jodi Christie AM #14 of Keene Ontario into the Red Bull US Rookies Cup tryouts.

The tryouts are to be held at Barber Motorsports Park near Birmingham Alabama on October 3, 4 and 5th of 2008.

The riders will be on identically prepared machines of the 125 two stroke variety.

The 16 turn 2.38 mile circuit is of the nicest tracks in America, Jodi was picked from the original group of 400 riders.

Jodi and crew would like to thank Stuart Nodell and Vicki Schouten for there encouragement to sign up for the tryouts

They would also like to thank Roland and Kenny Reidman for lending them a 125 Honda GP bike to familiarize Jodi with this style of riding.

Jodi is excited with the opportunity to go south and give the 125’s a shot, a new track and bike should provide the challenge Jodi is preparing for.

The team will leave on Wednesday October 1st returning on October 8th.

The riders picked for the Red Bull Cup will be informed the week following.
