Chris Ulrich tells On The Throttle TV what he found when he recently visited Heartland Park in Topeka, Kansas, a venue for AMA Pro Road Racing this year. Rider Safety Committee members and AMA Pro staffers visited Heartland Park Topeka twice in the last few months in order to provide recommendations for modifications to the facility. AMA Pro officials announced this week that the Turn 1 Alpha wall – which was not scheduled to come down until next year – has been removed in time for the upcoming Tornado Nationals, scheduled for July 31-August 2 at Heartland Park Topeka.
