Editorial Note: American wild card entrant Kaleb De Keyrel, the 2021 MotoAmerica Twins Cup Champion, had all of his clothing, riding gear (except for one helmet), laptop computer, and passport stolen from his rental car on Wednesday, October 6, in Rome, Italy. De Keyrel had to skip the first practice on Friday so he could go to the American consulate and obtain a temporary passport in order to return to the United States after the race weekend. De Keyrel also had to borrow riding gear from Tommaso Marcon to use for the race weekend.
