Legendary helmet manufacturer becomes Official Helmet of the ATC

After another incredible year of racing for young talents across Asia and the Pacific, the Asia Talent Cup (ATC) and Dorna Sports are proud to announce legendary Japanese helmet manufacturer Arai as the Official Helmet of the ATC.

Born from the passion for motorcycling of founder Hirotake Arai, Arai is a worldwide leader in helmet design and manufacturing, with an incredible list of Champions who choose Arai to keep them safe on the track – including celebrated names such as Mick Doohan, Nicky Hayden and Dani Pedrosa.

With this superlative reputation for quality and safety, Arai’s partnership with the ATC is sure to get the young stars of the future off to the best possible start – as the Champions of tomorrow race on the world stage for the first time, wearing Arai.

Pau Serracanta, Managing Director, Commercial Area, Dorna Sports: “We are very proud to be able to announce Arai as the Official Helmet of the Asia Talent Cup. Rider safety is a pivotal aspect of motorcycle racing, and to have a helmet supplier such as Arai ensures the young stars of the ATC will get the very best equipment and example from the very beginning of their careers.”

Akihito Arai, Director, Arai: “It is our great pleasure to become a partner of the Asia Talent Cup from 2017. Supporting youth in motorsports is an important activity for us as a manufacturer of motorcycle racing helmets. We intend to support young riders who participate in the ATC with the same type of helmets worn by our supported riders in MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 to provide the same level of head protective equipment. Those helmets are also available for anyone if they choose the flagship model of our product line up in the market place. We hope to see future stars from the ATC, and it will be a good opportunity for young riders to feel and taste our products.”
