Aussie Riders Split $10,000 In Grants Toward Overseas Competition

$10,000 to help Aussie riders compete overseas Motorcycling Australia (MA) is pleased to announce that $10,000 in International Rider Grants have been allocated to selected riders competing overseas in the first half of 2009. MA received an outstanding response to the Grants with more than 20 applications received of an exceptionally high standard. The following riders all received a grant to help them compete internationally as part of this round of funding. Luke Gough NSW Track Gareth jones QLD Road Racing Jason O’Halloran NSW Road Racing Sam Rummery ACT Trials Arthur Sissis SA Road Racing Matt Moss NSW Motocross/Supercross Daniel McCoy NSW Motocross/Supercross Applications for the second round of funding for International Competition between 1 July 2009 and 21 December 2009 will open in March 2009 and forms will be available on the MA website www.ma.org.au.
