International Entertainment Group (IEG), promoters of the QBE Australian Superbike Championship today confirmed, the series would hold a test day, open to all road-racing competitors, at Sydney Motorsport Park on Thursday June 20. Riders of all levels are invited to attend the test, with scheduled sessions to be held for Juniors, 0-500cc and 501cc+ At just $400.00 entry per competitor, the day will afford riders the chance to test at the iconic 3.9km Sydney track ahead of the fourth round of the QBE Australian Superbike Championship, which will be held at Sydney Motorsport Park on August 1-4. International Entertainment Group Managing Director Yarrive Konsky said the test day provided an affordable opportunity for all competitors. “The QBE Australian Superbike Championship returns to Sydney Motorsport Park after a (insert) year hiatus from the calendar, so we felt that it was important to give all competitors the opportunity to test ahead of the event,” Konsky said. “This is a rare chance for competitors, to test at the Sydney track for an affordable fee of $400 per rider and we hope to see a lot of the privateer riders take advantage of the opportunity.” To register your interest or for more information please email [email protected] MA day licenses will also be available to purchase on the day at a cost of $50.00 per rider.
