No safety related incident has ever been brought to our attention by any distributor, dealer, customer or user. The unsubstantiated claims in the Navitus Group “Press Release” of “possible risks” or “apparent danger” posed by our products are entirely false. Full Spectrum Power stands behind the safety of all of its products and denies any allegation that they are unsafe. The SPEEDCELL mark with associated logo S Design referred to in the “Press Release” was developed by Jason Levitt, and Full Spectrum Power LLC. Jason Levitt properly sought registration of this trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
