Full Spectrum Power stands behind the safety of all of its products and denies any allegation that they are unsafe. The SPEEDCELL mark with associated logo S Design referred to in the “Press Release” was developed by Jason Levitt, and Full Spectrum Power LLC. Jason Levitt properly sought registration of this trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
