Young Racing CSBK at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park This Weekend Bowmanville, ON (August 9, 2013) – Canadian AMA Pro GoPro Daytona Sportbike rider Ben Young will be contending Round 4 & 5 of the MOPAR Canadian Superbike Championship Doubleheader at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (formerly Mosport) this coming weekend August 9th – 11th. After a good solid AMA round at Miller Motorsport Park, Utah, Young is looking forward to racing his first-ever national MOPAR Canadian Superbike Championship event. On board his Tim Hortons (Sudbury) / Hindle powered Yamaha R6, Young will be contending in the Hindle Exhaust Pro Sportbike class along with the Mopar Superbike round. The young Thornbury Ontario based pilot was asked about the up coming weekend; “When Gilles Bolduc asked a few months ago if I would be interested in racing at Mosport, I jump at the chance. I’m looking forward to the weekend as I have never raced there before. I was there last year to do a track day for a test but I hit oil on the track which ended my weekend after 3 laps. I am going to have to work hard in learning the track as it’s not so easy with elevation changes, and bike set up will be paramount.
