Red Flag Auction raises a record $17,000! Waterford, Wisconsin — Last Saturday, September 22nd, the Red Flag Fund held its annual action at Blackhawk Farms Raceway. Huge thanks go out to the following people: –Kathleen Casey and Blackhawk Farms Raceway for their support in co-ordinating the auction –Darleen Rowe and her crew for the food –Mark Stiles for being auctioneer extraordinaire –Eeveryone who donated the awesome array of items up for bid –All the folks who turned out to place bids and purchased either auction items or apparel –Jay Vanevenhoven for organizing the Bill Fehrman Memorial Ride, which raised $1024 Your generosity is much appreciated! We cannot do this without your support and we would also like to thank those who have sent in monetary donations throughout the year. The Red Flag Fund uses proceeds of the annual auction to help seriously injured racers throughout the season. If you would like to send a donation, visit www.redflagfund.org. The Fund also accepts items throughout the year to be auctioned off at a live event or on eBay. The Red Flag Fund is dedicated to helping seriously injured road racers. By raising money through apparel sales, auctions and other events, we are able to bridge financial gaps not covered by insurance. We are a Federal 501(3)(c) non-profit charitable organization.
